Shipping

Every print and sticker is packed with care right from my studio and safely sent on its way to your doorstep. Because Studio Nine is a small independent studio, shipping is currently available within Quebec only.

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, and you'll receive a tracking update as soon as your package ships out. Standard delivery within Quebec usually takes about 2–5 business days!

Returns

I want you to love your new art as much as I loved creating it! If your order arrives damaged or something isn't quite right, please reach out within 14 days of receiving it with a quick photo, and I'll gladly make things right with a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

Since items are printed and packed in small batches, I don't offer direct exchanges. However, if you'd like a different print, just send me a message so you we arrange a return for your original item, and you can grab your new favorite piece whenever it’s printed!
